It provides us with food, takes care of our water management and is an important partner in the fight against climate change. Forests are incredibly important, yet we are losing them at an alarming rate. Together with WWF we give forest back to the earth. In this way we make a positive contribution to the climate and biodiversity.

Met behulp van onze steun geeft WWF bos terug aan de aarde. Het doel van de samenwerking is om 1 biljoen bomen te planten en te beschermen in het Atlantisch Regenwoud.
Een bos is meer dan een optelsom van bomen. Een bos is een uitgebalanceerd ecosysteem van bomen, planten en dieren. Ook voor ons als mens is bos van levensbelang. Het geeft ons voedsel, zorgt voor onze waterhuishouding en is een belangrijke partner in de strijd tegen klimaatverandering. Bossen zijn ontzettend belangrijk, maar toch verliezen we ze in een alarmerend tempo. Samen met WWF geven we bos terug aan de aarde. Op deze manier leveren we een positieve bijdrage aan het klimaat en de biodiversiteit.
Wij zijn ons ervan bewust om een groen imago door te voeren in ons hele bedrijf, en daarmee ook de plek waar onze medewerkers werken. Ons kantoor in Gouda heeft het BREEAM-Excellent certificering en heeft derhalve hoge duurzaamheidskenmerken.
Het hoofdkantoor ligt direct naast het NS-station van Gouda, wat reizen met het openbaar vervoer stimuleert en makkelijk maakt. De CO2-uitstoot van woon-werkverkeer wordt tevens ingeperkt doordat veel medewerkers lopend of met de fiets naar kantoor komen.
Onze consultants beschikken over elektrische voertuigen waardoor klantbezoeken geen CO2-uitstoot veroorzaken. Postex streeft ernaar om het wagenpark volledig elektrisch te maken.
